BREAKING
Break from Inside the Break Box
4 Balls need to hit a rail
*Break switches if two failed break attempts happen back to back or instantly if the cue ball scratches after contacting the rack. (Does not change the break rotation)


FOULS
Cue Ball Fouls and Shooting Ball Fouls
Scratch on the break is ball in hand anywhere on the table
*Move a ball while in the act of shooting, it’s a foul (Ball in Hand)
Move a ball before shooting (Not a foul)
Both instances, the opponent has the option to put the ball back to or as close to the original sp
